Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receipt if they don't meet your expectations. For a successful return, please ensure that the item:
- Is in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging.
- Comes with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Free Return Shipping
To make your return as easy as possible, we offer free return shipping. Please contact us to receive your prepaid shipping label. Once you have the label, simply attach it to your return package and send it back to us.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
